REGULAR SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the conference. Refunds (minus a $50 processing fee) are available if cancellation is received before October 10, 2020. No cancellations can be accepted after October 9, 2020, but voucher will be issued for attendance at a future Arrowhead event. Please fax, email or mail notice of cancellation to:
